Responsibilities:
• Monitor logistics operations and proactively identify and follow up on anomalies.
• Investigate and resolve transportation delays, lost shipments, and other logistics issues.
• Communicate with carriers, warehouses, outsourced teams, and operations teams to gather information and drive issue resolution.
• Produce logistics issue analysis reports and provide improvement suggestions.
• Assist in optimizing transportation solutions and investigation processes across Europe based on cost considerations.
• Ensure all tasks comply with regional regulations and company policies.
• Assist in handling claims related to carriers or service providers.
• Support insurance claim processes.
• Assist with financial closing procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with logistics operations and regulations in Europe is a plus.
• Chinese to native standard and fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
