Ihre Aufgaben:
* Support the Training & Adoption Lead
* Track activities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and open points
* Coordinate across workstreams
* Ensure training and adoption topics are properly followed up and not lost between teams
* Prepare and structure briefings, updates, and governance-related inputs
* Support rollout readiness, communication alignment, and training tracking
* Bring transparency to status, ownership, and next steps
* Proactively identify gaps and suggest workable solutions
* Support the lead as a reliable senior counterpart / “pair of hands” in day-to-day orchestration
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Strong experience as a Senior PMO / Project Coordinator / Transformation PMO
* Proven background in Coordination of Training & Adoption within S/4HANA transformations
* Experience in large-scale, cross-functional, international program environments
* Strong coordination, tracking, and stakeholder management skills
* Able to work in a structured and proactive way, with limited hand-holding
* Confident working with senior stakeholders as well as operational teams
* German is important; fluent preferred, but strong B2-level German may also be considered
* English required
