The Inside Sales Representative fills a multi-disciplinary role to provide administrative support on day-to-day operations and to handling inbound sales calls, live chats, emails, and text messages on products and services. Providing excellent customer service and collaborating with internal team members for the best solutions for each customer.
Responsibilities
* Supporting RSM/OSR with, quotes, orders, taking inbound calls and forward information to the corresponding OSR
* Order processing, helping customers with shipment paper issues, actively informing about lead times and providing tracking information
* Lead Management, forwarding to OSR and Resellers
* Maintaining and entering data in ERP and CRM Systems
* Managing loans and demo camera stock
* Attending at Trade Shows (1-2 times per year)
* Possibility to have own sales responsibility on small accounts, universities and Institutes over phone and video
* Office Management, taking care of invoices, accepting and sending mails and parcels
* Collaborate with other teams like salesops, accounting and support
* Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to, answering phones, creating and maintaining databases, contract filing, clerical support and projects as directed by the EMEA General Manager
Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales and relevant experience working with people
* Experience in Machine Vision is highly valued
* Previous work experience in electronic component manufacturing is a plus
* Solid experience in MS Office, CRM and ERP Systems
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
* Self motivated, customer-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
* Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a strong asset
