As Total Rewards Specialist EMEA (m/f/d) you will collaborate closely with the EMEA and global Total Rewards teams, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. This role offers broad exposure across the full spectrum of Total Rewards, including job evaluation, compensation structures, annual incentives, and both insured and in-kind benefits. As Total Rewards Specialist EMEA (m/f/d), you will use your analytical skills and strategic mindset to:
contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of compensation and benefits strategies, programs, and policies that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
lead and manage timelines for the annual compensation review, incentive processing, salary structure updates, and the rollout of new programs
ensure effective communication of compensation and benefits offerings and changes across the region
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field
prior exposure to Compensation & Benefits is a strong plus
Proven ability to manage projects, consult with stakeholders, and work collaboratively across functions
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Ability to build strong partnerships with HR colleagues and business leaders in an international context
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for data analysis and reporting
Fluency in English and German is required
