As a Senior Business Architect, you'll shape solution strategy, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful delivery across enterprise environments. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, working across business and technology teams to design scalable, high-quality solutions aligned to client goals. This role combines architecture leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end solution architecture across complex programmes Define and govern standards for requirements, design, and delivery Facilitate workshops to capture business, data, and integration needs Mentor teams and provide oversight across workstreams Identify risks early and ensure successful delivery outcomes Present solutions and roadmaps to senior stakeholders What we're looking for: Strong experience in enterprise architecture within insurance or similar industries Proven ability to lead across multiple teams or large programmes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with Agile delivery and cloud-based solutions Ability to align business needs with scalable technical solutions German language skills required
