We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our audit team in safeguarding the organization by providing independent assurance, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Business Internal Audit team.
* Collaborate with other audit teams and coordinate joint audits.
* Oversee and steer all business internal audit activities across multiple jurisdictions.
* Develop a comprehensive risk-based audit plan aligned with business and regulatory priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and strong familiarity with online banking and retail financial products. They should possess solid knowledge of German banking laws and regulations and be motivated to expand their expertise across additional European regulatory frameworks.
