They represent the company to organizations and authorities and play a key role in the integration and support of the management team.The GM relies on SNA's global standards to ensure performance and is responsible for:The financial performance of the site.Leading the Management Committee.Setting up and managing the company.Driving operations to balance customer satisfaction and cost efficiency while maintaining quality.Managing client relationships.Managing the social climate in connection with HR.Ensuring the achievement of ramp-up objectives set within the site strategy.Monitoring project progress on-site.Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (including Export Control).Main MissionsOperational Management of Workshop: Supervise daily operations, ensure efficiency, quality, safety, security, and compliance with standards. Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and quality standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Implement HR policies. Protect assets and manage inventories.EHS Management - Health, Safety, and Environment: Implement and supervise EHS policies, establish a safety culture, coordinate training and audits, lead management reviews, and set EHS objectives.Team Management and Coordination: Recruit, supervise, develop teams, ensure good communication and collaboration, foster a positive work environment.Financial and Budgetary Management: Coordinate with management control, establish and monitor budgets, analyze performance, and propose improvements.Customer and Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.Job RequirementsMaster's degree (Bac+5).Significant experience managing an industrial site.Strong leadership and team motivation skills.Excellent management, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.Results-oriented with attention to service quality.Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment with knowledge of local culture.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and coordination with the French headquarters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
