About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Service Technician to join our team in Nuremberg. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience in technical support within the healthcare technology sector.
You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues as you learn to provide remote troubleshooting and customer assistance, becoming a key point of contact for our service hotline.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Service Hotline as a first point of contact for customers
* Assist with remote troubleshooting of technical issues
* Escalate more complex problems to senior team members
* Maintain accurate service documentation and records
* Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
* Participate in product training and ongoing learning
* Support online customer training sessions where needed
* Collaborate with service, sales, and clinical teams
* Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
* Degree or vocational training in electronics, IT, engineering, or a related field
* Interest in technical troubleshooting and customer support
* Basic knowledge of operating systems and IT environments
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
* Proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
* Previous experience (internship or placement) is beneficial but not essential
* Microsoft Windows Server (2016–2025)
* IIS Web Server
* Windows 10 & 11
* Microsoft SQL Server (2014+)
* Competency in Excel, Outlook, and Word .
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German .
* Commercial awareness and customer‑centric approach.
