Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Salary up to: €95,000 + Rotation package / Relocation
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading international engineering contractor delivering some of Europe's most advanced Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Mission Critical projects.

Due to a growing project portfolio in Germany, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major engineering project in Düsseldorf. This is an opportunity to play a key role within an established commercial team while gaining exposure to some of the most technically challenging projects currently being delivered across Europe.
Responsibilities
* Manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects from procurement through to final account.
* Prepare and manage subcontract packages, valuations, and variations.
* Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flow.
* Support the preparation of monthly commercial reports.
* Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
* Negotiate subcontractor accounts and final settlements.
* Work closely with project, procurement, and construction teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction or engineering.
* Strong knowledge of commercial management, subcontract administration, and cost control.
* Experience working on MEP, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced project environment.
* Strong contractual and commercial awareness.
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
