Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of ELIP products and solutions within the german market, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the ELIP in GERMANY Main stakeholders are all electrical wholesale in Germany, their customer like industry and electrical installers and their end-users of the solutions.

You will be mainly accountable for:

* Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
* Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
* Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
* Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
* Driving sales of products, systems, and services within the wholesale market in Germany, aligned with the ELIP division strategy.
* Achieving qualitative and quantitative sales targets, ensuring order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale operators, EPCs, distributors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
* Supporting customers with technical and commercial expertise, ensuring ABB is positioned as a trusted partner delivering value-added solutions.
* Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and secure long-term growth.
* Collaborating closely with Product Management, Marketing, Service, and other internal functions to deliver integrated solutions and ensure customer success.
