The Role:
As a Technical Project Manager within Customer Success, you will lead strategic delivery programs for major Automotive OEMs, with a primary focus on HERE’s map database, software and location services. You will manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful integration of HERE solutions into customer ecosystems. This role combines project leadership, technical expertise, and relationship management to drive adoption and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
 1. Develop and execute Customer Success Plans to maximize value from HERE products and services.
 2. Drive large-scale delivery programs for Automotive OEMs, including map database deliveries and navigation solutions.
 3. Act as the primary technical interface, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and implemented across internal teams.
 4. Manage project timelines, risks, and escalations, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
 5. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmap decisions and resolve issues proactively.
 6. Identify opportunities for solution optimization and consult customers on best practices for navigation, IoT, and location-based services.
 7. Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders and lead executive-level reviews when needed.
 8. The role is Germany based, with travel up to 25%, both domestic and international. 
Who are you?
 9. 3–6 years of experience in project management or technical delivery roles (Automotive or Location Services preferred).
 10. Strong understanding of map data, navigation systems, and automotive infotainment platforms.
 11. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with enterprise customers.
 12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
 13. Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
 14. Fluent in English; German language skills strongly preferred.
 15. Experience with GIS, cloud-based solutions, and automotive technologies (ADAS, connected services) is an advantage.
