Your mission As our (Junior) Digital Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of car owners interact with Carly’s Repair & Maintenance products. You’ll work at the intersection of content, product, and diagnostics to create intuitive, impactful user experiences. This is your chance to make automotive insights accessible, meaningful, and actionable — all while growing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative team. Your responsibilities Support product discovery by gathering user feedback, identifying pain points, and contributing to market and competitor analysis Help manage the product backlog: write simple user stories, prioritize tickets, and prepare clear documentation for small features or bug reports Act as a liaison between product, design, engineering, and occasionally marketing or support to ensure alignment and unblock small issues Test features in staging and production environments, reporting bugs and ensuring they meet product requirements Track key product metrics (e.g., retention, conversions, satisfaction) and assist in setting up dashboards or analyzing funnel performance Coordinate content updates, translations, and localization to ensure clarity and consistency across platforms Create or update internal product documentation, FAQs, or stakeholder slides, ensuring changes are clearly communicated Your profile A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Automotive, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 2 years of experience in product management, digital content, or online operations Genuine interest in cars, digital content, and creating user-friendly products Curiosity about user behavior, with basic understanding of SEO and analytics Structured, reliable, and proactive work style with a hands-on mindset Eagerness to learn more about automotive technology and modern diagnostics tools Comfort using tools like CMS, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets Fluent in English; German is a plus, but not required Why us?
