As our People & Culture Working Student, you will be the operational backbone of our P&C team from July to December. This is not an entry-level student role. You will dive straight into our systems, take ownership of our HR tool landscape, and keep our Planegg/Munich office running smoothly.
Start: July 2026, 6 months fixed-term contract, 20h/week
A Taste of What to Expect
* Act as our Personio Superuser by auditing and optimizing workflows, cleaning up employee data, and standardizing HR templates
* Drive our internship recruitment by taking ownership of screening applications and managing the early candidate pipeline
* Support our recruiting activities by coordinating interviews and onsite visits
* Own onboarding logistics by organizing and preparing everything needed for a seamless and unforgettable day one
* Support office management and culture by handling daily operations like mail and supplies while helping execute internal team events
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
* Solid prior HR experience through at least one previous internship or working student role in HR or Recruiting, allowing you to easily skip the basics and hit the ground running
* Practical Personio experience including a strong understanding of how to map workflows, manage data attributes, and optimize HR templates
* A reliable on-site presence at our office in Munich-Planegg on your agreed working days, as being close to the team and office operations is key for this role
* A proactive, hands-on mindset where you naturally take initiative, whether that means streamlining a spreadsheet or keeping our office spaces organized and welcoming
* Strong communication skills in both English and German to interact seamlessly with our international team and local partners
