The Role
You’ll join GeneralMind as a Growth Associate in the CEO Office, working directly with the founders on building the company’s commercial engine from the ground up.
GeneralMind is backed by a €12M pre-seed led by Lakestar, founded by ex-unicorn founders, and building one of the most exciting startup opportunities in Berlin right now.
We are at the stage where speed, ownership, and execution matter most. Some foundations exist; much still needs to be built from zero. You will work across growth, GTM strategy, outbound, customer development, market research, partnerships, operations, and special projects. It is a high-ownership position at the center of the company, close to the founders, with exposure to every part of building an early-stage startup.
You will learn how to build and scale a company from the inside — and either grow into a leadership role at GeneralMind or leave with the playbook to build your own company.

What You’ll Work On
You will work directly with the founders and leadership team on topics such as:
* Building GeneralMind’s early GTM motion from scratch
* Identifying and prioritizing customer segments
* Running outbound and demand generation experiments
* Qualifying inbound interest and managing early customer conversations
* Supporting partnerships, strategic initiatives, and market entry
* Creating commercial materials, pitch decks, messaging, and sales assets
* Setting up CRM, outbound tooling, automation, and reporting systems
* Taking ownership of high-priority CEO Office projects as they arise
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, banking, investing, or another high-performance environment
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* High agency, speed, and ability to operate independently
* Strong interest in AI, startups, and company building
* Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
* Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
* Available to start ASAP or very soon
Plus, but not required:
* Experience with GTM, sales, growth, CRM, outbound tools, or automation
* Technical literacy or previous exposure to AI, software, or infrastructure products
* Previous founder, operator, or early-stage startup experience
