Aufgaben
8. Design and execute international digital campaigns along the full customer journey for MINI Europe
9. Provide hands-on operational consulting and guidance to local markets
10. Manage and steer media and creative agencies to deliver outstanding campaign results proved by KPI
11. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Digital Hub, Campaign Management, Artwork, Product Management, Events, and local markets)
12. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to continuously optimize impact
Profil
13. A degree in Business Administration or a related field
14. At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specialized in Customer Journey (mandatory)
15. A strong interest in emerging digital marketing trends and innovations as well as data driven marketing, impact analysis
16. Solid project management skills with a structured and proactive mindset
17. Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
