Your tasks
Security Consulting & Compliance: Advising internal and external stakeholders on compliance with national and international security regulations for the compliant design of naval projects.
Concept development: Development of holistic security concepts based on project-specific requirements and ensuring their structured implementation throughout the entire project.
Hazard analysis: Independent identification, analysis and evaluation of potential hazards as well as derivation of suitable and effective measures to minimize risks.
Safety Management & Testing: Planning and execution of safety training as well as organization, coordination and evaluation of emergency drills.
Interface function & support: Close coordination with shipyards, naval command and external partners to ensure a smooth flow of information; advice on maintenance and servicing measures with regard to safety-critical aspects.
Your profile
Qualification: Completed technical studies, for example in the field of engineering, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience: Initial practical experience (approx. 1-2 years) in a comparable position within the shipbuilding industry, the maritime sector or defense technology.
Technical expertise: Sound knowledge of national and international security regulations; ideally, you already have initial contact with or knowledge of the military standard MIL-STD-882E.
IT & Languages: Proficient use of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as strong communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
Working style & flexibility: A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style paired with a willingness to undertake occasional national business trips (travel share approx. 20%).
