Regional Business and Dealer Development Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business and Dealer Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expand our dealer network.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer support, and dealer development, with a proven track record of success in the construction machinery industry. You will be fluent in English and Russian, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new dealers in targeted regions, maintaining relationships with existing dealers, and conducting regular dealer assessments to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for providing dealers with access to training on products, sales strategies, and company policies, and developing and implementing dealer incentive programs to encourage sales growth.Additionally, you will work closely with senior management and OEMs to develop and execute market expansion strategies, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and monitor dealer sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics.
