Shape the future of our IT infrastructure! As an IT system administrator with a focus on Citrix, you will play a key role in the administration and further development of our platforms. You will ensure stability, performance and innovation in a complex, modern IT environment.
* Administration & further development of our Citrix platforms (Virtual Apps & Desktops, ADC/Netscaler)
* Operation and configuration of central Citrix components (Delivery Controller, StoreFront, Workspace App, ADC, MCS)
* Rollout and optimization of applications and master images in Citrix environments
* Independent project work and performance analyses
* 2nd/3rd level support and processing of incidents and changes
* Implementation of IT governance and security requirements
* Coordination of external service providers

* Completed IT training or comparable studies
* At least 5 years of experience in the administration of complex Windows and Citrix environments
* In-depth knowledge of Citrix infrastructure, provisioning and ADC (Netscaler)
* Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Windows Server/Windows 10/11 and profile management (e.g. FSLogix)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Azure, Entra, Exchange Online, Teams)
* Analytical and structured way of working, high level of personal responsibility and ability to work in a team
* Very good German and good English skills
