Do you enjoy working in a small team on diverse tasks such as accounting, reporting, and process development? Then join our Finance Team as a working student (all genders)!
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will support the Finance Team with a variety of tasks such as:
* Assist our Senior Accountant in processing incoming invoices
* Asisst our Financial Controller with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
* Support the monthly payroll and commission calculation
* Help optimize and automate our processes and workflows through AI
* Help reorganize our invoicing structure and automate the underlying invoice processes
Your profile
* You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (completed at least 3 semesters).
* You bring strong skills in AI applications (Claude and Copilot), Excel, and Power BI, combined with a fast learning curve for new tools.
* You are reliable and you handle your tasks with great care and consciousness.
* You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment.
* You have a work permit valid for working student positions in Germany.
