Your mission & challenges You design turning and milling parts, sheet metal parts, and welded assemblies optimized for manufacturing You create 3D models and technical drawings using modern CAD software You develop and optimize mechanical components and assemblies You collaborate closely with the production team to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing You select suitable materials and create technical documentation What we can look forward to Completed training or a degree in mechanical engineering, design engineering, or a comparable field Several years of experience in mechanical design — ideally with turning and milling parts, sheet metal parts, and welded assemblies Confident use of CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or CATIA Solid knowledge of manufacturing technologies and materials science Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working Strong communication skills and a real team player attitude Experience with metal and plastic casting Interest or experience in the field of robotics Knowledge of kinematics and dynamics of robots is a plus Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Generative Design Basic programming skills in Python and/or C++ are an advantage
