Sales and Business Growth Opportunities
As a Solution Sales representative, you will drive sales and business growth within your assigned region, focusing on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. You will work closely with clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning our construction software solutions to address their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
* Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our construction and BIM software solutions.
* Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. Utilizing CRM tools is essential for tracking sales performance, pipeline development, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of sales experience in the AEC industry, preferably in software, technology, or related solutions.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, and leading negotiations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales reporting tools.
