Requirements MD or PhD and a strong background in clinical development within a global context with proven leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Deep expertise in authoring and overseeing critical clinical and regulatory documents (e.g., study protocols, CTD submissions, investigator brochures). Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and process integration across complex, global environments. Ability to create, manage and cultivate change. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams, with a focus on talent development and organizational growth. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex scientific content to diverse audiences.
