Job Summary:
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth in Poland, the Baltic states, and the Nordic countries through strategic sales initiatives.
* Foster deep understanding of local power markets, grid policies, and energy project development processes to inform sales strategies.
* Nurture and expand relationships with key customers, including EPCs, project developers, utilities, and distributors, to drive revenue growth.
* Lead complex commercial negotiations, tender processes, and contract signing to secure new business opportunities.
You will collaborate with our headquarters' solutions team to develop and implement sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and stay ahead of competitors and market trends. Additionally, you will provide market insights and strategic recommendations to support business expansion.
