We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Key Account Manager (Defense focus) (m/f/d) with a strong track record in building and expanding key customer relationships within the defense sector.
Coordinate complex customer engagements, including programs involving integrated hardware and software R&D components
Act as the central customer advocate internally, working closely with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Service, and Operations to ensure consistent, high-quality, and customer-centric delivery
Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive analyses to inform account strategy and senior management decision-making
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales Operations on account status, customer developments, and long-term sales potential
5+ years of professional experience in sales, ideally with a focus on key account management
~ Excellent communication skills with business fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
