You'll coach team members, support operational efficiency, and drive results. You'll back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help create a high-performing culture where everyone thrives.
Your Impact
1. Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time business decisions.
2. Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize visual presentation.
3. Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
4. Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent Management, Visual Merchandising, and Operations to gain experience across all aspects of the business.
5. Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
6. Communicate with team members about accidents/injuries to leadership immediately.
7. Communicate clear priorities, sales targets, and KPI goals to team members to achieve desired outcomes.
8. Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training.
9. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
