Key Responsibilities
* Support customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns across Europe
* Take full ownership of customer cases and coordinate solutions from start to finish
* Communicate regularly with customers, repair centers, and service partners
* Provide timely updates regarding repair progress and service status
* Coordinate with dealers and technical teams to ensure efficient problem resolution
* Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication
* Identify solutions and alternative approaches when unexpected challenges arise
* Maintain accurate records and case documentation
* Collaborate closely with colleagues in a multicultural and multilingual environment
Requirements
* Fluent German and Dutch (written and spoken)
* Good English communication skills
* Strong customer service mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
* Proactive and productive problem-solving approach
* Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills
* Motivation to learn and continuously develop professionally
