One of our consultancy partners is looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join their growing team in Berlin. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting Salesforce projects across industries, helping clients optimize processes and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud solutions.
2. Design tailored CRM solutions in line with best practices.
3. Create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
4. Support system testing, training, and change management to ensure adoption.
5. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to maximize Salesforce.
Requirements:
6. 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, focusing on Sales and Service Cloud.
7. Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, requirements gathering, and process optimization.
8. Experience in agile project environments (consultancy background a plus).
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
10. Fluent in English (mandatory); advanced German skills are a plus.
11. Based in Berlin or open to relocation (occasional DACH travel required).
