Based onsite at the company’s purpose-built facility near the Bavaria-Saxony border, this pivotal role combines strong commercial leadership with hands‑on operational oversight.The position is ideal for a commercially focused, entrepreneurial leader with proven experience in business development and operational management within engineering/manufacturing environments.
