Your tasks
6. Identification of market opportunities and consistent development of network structures in a competitive environment; convincing the target group, e.g., oncologists and pulmonologists, of the medical product benefits to achieve the defined sales and growth targets.
7. Conducting detailed market, account and potential analyses to derive and implement effective regional sales strategies; developing new, innovative ways of reaching customers and ensuring the region's widespread success
8. Proactive and close collaboration within the regional, cross-functional team for the sustainable expansion of customer relationships and market access.
Your profile
9. Completed studies in natural sciences or official recognition as a pharmaceutical consultant according to § 75 para. 3 AMG.
10. Solid professional experience in sales, ideally with initial experience in the fields of oncology or pulmonology.
11. Strong communication and rhetorical skills for conveying complex medical information in a way that is appropriate for the target audience and on an equal footing.
12. High flexibility, a pronounced pioneering spirit, and the ability to independently analyze and develop strategies.
13. Essential requirements include willingness to travel and stay overnight in the region, as well as very good German and English skills.
