What you can expect
* You lead and develop the marketing team
* You design and implement a holistic B2B marketing strategy along the customer journey
* You manage collaboration with external agencies and service providers
* You are responsible for lead generation and enrichment to acquire new customers, as well as product communication in coordination with international sales units
* You conceptualize, design, and execute campaigns across digital channels and continuously optimize ROAS
* You introduce and further develop a data-driven lead scoring model
* You use marketing analytics, CRM, and automation tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns
* You coordinate and centralize international marketing activities and manage country-specific budget allocation
* You plan and manage participation in trade fairs and industry events, including budget responsibility and you oversee and further develop the company website
* You work closely with Sales, Product Management, Data Intelligence, and Legal
* You manage content production with a focus on relevant B2B topics such as whitepapers, case studies, and expert contributions
* You take full responsibility for a significant marketing budget
What makes you stand out
* You have several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology-driven industries
* You possess a deep understanding of lead funnel mechanics and data-driven marketing strategies
* You’re experienced with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* You bring strong analytical skills and a high affinity for working with data
* You demonstrate leadership capabilities and strategic thinking
* You communicate confidently and manage stakeholders at C-level with ease
* You are fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
