We are now looking for a motivated and technically skilled professional to join our German PST / DwyerOmega sales organisation in a dual role spanning Quality Management and Technical responsibilities.
Our internationally recognised brands provide advanced sensing and instrumentation solutions for a wide range of industrial applications and controlled environments.
1. Quality Management / ISO 9001 Certification
* Lead preparation and support for the ISO 9001 recertification in Ettlingen and initial certification in Friedrichsdorf
* Implement and drive a unified, cross-site Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001
* Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits
* Create, maintain, and control QM documentation
* Develop and manage QM KPIs, management reviews, and continuous improvement processes
* Manage certification contracts and ensure all certificates remain up to date
2. Technical Project Support / Monitoring Systems (RMS)
* Assist in commissioning and validating RMS monitoring system projects
* Deliver software and hardware training to customers and internal teams
* Support qualification and mapping projects
* Provide 2nd-level technical support in close collaboration with engineering and sales
* Contribute to validation and calibration projects in line with GxP requirements
Your Profile
* Completed technical apprenticeship or a degree in electrical engineering, measurement technology, process engineering, or a similar field
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; experience with certification processes is highly desirable
* Familiarity with measurement and control technology, networking, Windows Server environments, and SQL databases
* Experience in calibration, validation, or technical monitoring systems is an advantage
* Excellent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
* Independent, structured working style with strong teamwork orientation
* Strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and a high level of quality awareness
* Valid Class B driving licence (Germany)
