For our popular outlets, Champions Bar & Restaurant and The Grapeful Vinothek, we are looking for you as a Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d) in the à la carte section for the late shift.
Your role – what to expect:
7. You run your own station in the à la carte operation
8. You are part of our kitchen team for Champions & Grapeful
9. You prepare fresh, high-quality dishes with passion
10. You ensure consistently high quality and smooth operations
11. You contribute your ideas and continue to develop your skills
Be able.
12. Completed training as a chef or comparable experience
13. Initial experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis de Cuisine
14. Experience in à la carte service (restaurant, hotel, gastronomy)
15. Passion for modern cuisine & international food trends
16. Team spirit, reliability, and a hands-on mentality
17. German and/or English
