We are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) to join our Customer Care Team in Essen. The sooner we can start together, the better!
1. Both our external and internal customers rely on you: you will support project execution in the area of management system certification and bring a strong passion for service and problem-solving.
2. You will manage your customers from the initial offer stage through audit planning all the way to certificate issuance, providing proof of our successfully completed services.
3. You will have close contact with our customers and work collaboratively with our field staff (auditors). You are our face to the customer.
4. You use your communication skills to explain complex technical topics in a simple and empathetic way – together with the customer, you find solutions. A key part of your new role is showing initiative and having the confidence to make decisions.

21. Completed commercial training or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant subject
22. Experience in building sustainable customer relationships and in sales
23. Very good communication skills in German and good English proficiency
24. Experience working with various IT tools (. MS Office, CRM systems)
25. Technical background knowledge and industry experience are advantageous
