Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead complex and strategic projects, including new product developments, rollouts, life cycle management initiatives, and technology transfers
2. Steer cross-functional and multi-regional project teams from initiation to closure while ensuring alignment with defined organizational processes
3. Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, and critical path activities
4. Align project objectives with key stakeholders and secure necessary approvals through fact-based governance and decision-making
5. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, including timely escalation of critical risks and roadblocks
6. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and project governance expectations throughout the project lifecycle
7. Collaborate closely with launch managers to enable market readiness and successful product launches
8. Capture and apply lessons learned to strengthen project execution and continuous improvement
9. Lead programs composed of interrelated projects to deliver strategic business objectives
10. Support PMO activities, including data updates, KPI analysis, governance preparation, tool and template rollout, and training initiatives
Your Qualifications:
11. Master’s degree in science, pharmacy, medicine, engineering, or health economics, advanced degree is a plus
12. 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in project management within development, technical, or commercialization environments
13. Solid industry experience in pharma, biotech, clinical nutrition, or FMCG
14. Strong expertise in cross-functional project delivery within a global matrix organization
15. Advanced understanding of regulatory, development, and commercialization requirements, including CMC and clinical aspects
16. Proven leadership without formal authority, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
17. Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels
18. Highly structured, analytical, and outcome-oriented mindset
19. Experience with MS Office 365, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Planisware
20. Fluency in English, additional languages such as German or Chinese are an asset
21. Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in complex environments
