* 3 Missions of 8 months each, in different areas of supply chain and operations e.g. Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Project Management Office, Quality and Food Safety, Manufacturing, Digital & Performance.
* Responsibility for operational activities
* Leading cross-functional projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency
* Elaboration and development of strategic concepts e.g. for our sustainability roadmap, our logistics productivity or our digital transformation
* Identification of your strengths and interests to take over a challenging position after the graduate program - leadership trainings and mentorship will support you in this process
Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology or business administration with focus on supply chain
* First practical experience in supply chain or operations
* Ambitious! The program aims to develop our future leaders
* Excellent communication skills, take initiatives
* Fast adapting to dynamic environments
* Analytical skills & affinity for numbers
* Openness to change location during the program
* Flexibilty to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
* Fluent English and highly appreciated fluent German
