About the Role
A global technology platform is looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to support the successful onboarding and launch of enterprise business clients across the German market.
In this client-facing role, you’ll manage end-to-end implementation projects, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences, drive adoption, and ensure long-term customer success. You’ll play a key role in bridging commercial strategy, project management, customer training, and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Implementation
* Lead the onboarding and launch of new enterprise customer accounts
* Build implementation strategies tailored to customer goals and operational requirements
* Ensure smooth platform adoption and ongoing engagement during the first 2–4 months post-launch
* Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve usage, efficiency, and customer outcomes
Project & Stakeholder Management
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support
* Manage implementation timelines, project plans, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
* Influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive successful decision-making and project execution
* Handle multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
Customer Enablement & Training
* Deliver customer onboarding sessions, training workshops, office hours, and support materials
* Create written and video-based training documentation to support adoption and self-service
* Act as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding lifecycle
Technical & Operational Setup
* Support setup of APIs, SFTP connections, expense integrations, and related technical configurations
* Coordinate operational and billing-related onboarding activities
* Troubleshoot onboarding issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, onboarding, project management, or another client-facing role
* Fluent in both German and English
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business recommendations
* Experience influencing decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups
Nice to Have
* Experience working in SaaS, technology, mobility, fintech, or platform businesses
* Salesforce or CRM system experience
* Experience managing technical integrations or onboarding processes
* Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
