SAP HCM Administrator – Role Overview
Position Purpose
* Replacement hire due to retirement of current postholder at end of year.
* Ensures continuity and stability of SAP HCM operations within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* HCM System Maintenance — Oversee day‑to‑day administration of SAP HCM modules within SAP R/3.
* Payroll Processing — Manage and execute payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
* Shift & Time Management — Maintain working schedules, shift patterns, and time‑related data within the system.
* Social Insurance Data Transfer — Handle electronic data submissions to social insurance bodies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* SAP Updates & Enhancements — Coordinate and implement SAP HCM updates, patches, and system improvements.
* Data Integrity & Compliance — Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and statutory HR data requirements.
* User Support — Provide guidance and troubleshooting for HR teams and end‑users.
Required Tech Stack
* SAP HCM
* SAP R/3
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and time management.
* Experience with statutory reporting and social insurance data flows.
* Detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable owning critical HR system operations.
German speaking is a must
