We are supporting a global technology company in hiring an Administrative Support professional to join their devices team in Munich. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role supporting the logistics and coordination of devices used for internal testing across the EMEA region.
Support the preparation, distribution, and collection of devices for employee testing programmes
Manage shipping processes including packaging, labelling, and customs documentation
Provide daily reporting and general administrative support to the team
Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working onsite in a hands-on operational role
