Your tasks
10. You will represent the Series Purchasing department in international teams and manage relevant series topics (e.g. discontinued models, life cycle management, task forces, cost reduction measures, start-up/phase-out projects).
11. You collect all the necessary information for life cycle management (LCM) and prepare it for the lead buyers to ensure smooth and timely processing.
12. You create and report the project and measure status in the agreed cycles.
13. You act as a central interface between series purchasing, strategic purchasing departments, business units and operational areas (e.g. value streams in production).
14. You implement purchasing measures as part of life cycle management (change management, obsolescence) and in change control teams.
Your profile
15. Completed 3-year university degree (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, trade) or comparable.
16. At least 3 years of professional experience in project management with relevant methodological competence.
17. Experience in change management, ideally in medical technology.
18. Business fluent English is a must. Further language skills in German, Chinese or other European languages are an advantage.
19. Strong negotiating skills.
20. Very good knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office.
21. Knowledge of problem-solving methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why or PDCA.
