Your Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative and office management support to ensure smooth business operations.
* Manage employee attendance records and assist with workforce scheduling and shift coordination.
* Support recruitment activities throughout the hiring process, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
* Assist in workforce planning, employee administration, and HR-related documentation.
* Coordinate facility management activities and liaise with external service providers.
* Support asset and inventory management, including office equipment and workplace resources.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal documentation.
* Assist with various operational and administrative projects as required.
* Serve as a point of contact for general office-related inquiries and support requests.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a structured way of working.
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
* Fluent in English; German and Chinese are a plus.
