At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a full-time Account Manager (all genders) for THE MARCOM ENGINE (part of the Serviceplan Group) at our Berlin (or Munich) location. Independent operational management of projects for our international client in the automotive sector, taking into account time and budget constraints Updating and maintenance of project plans and status lists Monitoring and coordination of internal and external processes according to the guidelines of the Delivery Lead Ensuring compliance with production and media schedules Preparation of cost estimates and monitoring of budget progress Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of advertising materials across all channels Compliance with and management of process and production sequences Collaboration with the entire team, including the Delivery Lead, Client Lead, as well as various internal departments and external partners Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communications or a comparable qualification At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in a communications agency with a 360° approach/asset production Knowledge of project management methods and experience working with project management tools Background in automotive industry is a plus Ability to read and interpret production and media plans Excellent communication and teamwork skills Committed working style, flexibility, strong communication skills, and organizational ability High quality standards and a structured way of working Fluent in English, plus (very) good German skills even better Knowledge in the area of information security and information security awareness Onboarding: Welcome round, digital onboarding day, newcomer coffee and newcomer round - we'll make sure your start is perfect continuing.
