Based full time on site in Frankfurt, you will take full responsibility for project execution, commercial management, and client engagement – setting the pace, standards, and culture from day one. Your Role as Project Director Will Include:
* Leading full mechanical and construction delivery from mobilisation through handover
* Managing senior client and stakeholder relationships
* Overseeing all mechanical installation, QA/QC, commissioning, and technical delivery
* Driving programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance
* Leading multidisciplinary teams and specialist subcontractors
* Managing cost control, risk mitigation, and contract compliance
As a Project Director You Will Have:
* Proven experience delivering major projects as a Project Director or Construction Director
* Strong mechanical background – ideally within Data Centres, Pharma, Industrial, or Mission Critical sectors
* Excellent communication and senior client-facing skills
* Solid commercial and contractual understandingAbility to work full‑time on site Monday‑Friday in Frankfurt
* EU Passport desirable
