About the Role
An established technology organisation is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and public sector customers.
This role focuses on driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and managing long-term commercial relationships in complex environments.
Responsibilities
1. Own the full renewal lifecycle, including forecasting, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution
2. Develop and execute account plans to support revenue growth
3. Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
4. Build relationships with senior stakeholders and understand customer priorities
5. Manage renewal risks and lead mitigation strategies
6. Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts
7. Collaborate with internal teams including customer success, technical, and sales functions
Requirements
8. Experience in Account Management, Customer Growth, or Enterprise Sales
9. Strong commercial and negotiation skills
10. Experience managing renewals and expansions within enterprise environments
11. Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups
12. Fluent English
Desirable
13. Experience working with public sector or regulated industries
14. Exposure to software, infrastructure, or technical products
15. Familiarity with subscription or recurring revenue models
