Are you an experienced Business Development Manager (fluent in German) who is passionate about building relationships with new clients? Do you have experience within the Live Events sector?
Spiro are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our Show team (formerly Design and Build). You will target and deliver new business opportunities for the Show team, whilst working closely with the Exhibition team and internal LOBs, marketing and sales teams.

What will you do?
You Will
* Prospect for and build relationships with new business across EMEA and in some instances internationally
* Formulate outstanding written proposals from informal documents to full formal RFP responses.
* Pro-actively target generated leads.
* Identify any additional services which may be presented to new clients, from other divisions of Spiro.
* Ensure that all internal systems are utilised to their full, most importantly Salesforce and to show initiatives on maximising revenues.
* Ensure that all presentation of the company is high quality, whether spoken, graphic or written.
What you'll need
You will be a proven Business Development Manager within the Live Events Industry with a flair for delivering outstanding tenders and presentations. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. You will be fluent in German and English (to business level). You will be able to work weekends when required (not every weekend) and have a willingness and desire to travel.
