Your Tasks
1. Implementation of payroll accounting taking into account the applicable labour law as well as the applicable collective agreements, wage tax law and the provisions of social security law in SAP
2. Processing of time management issues ( shift schedules, working time models, opening of time frames) in case of substitution
3. Processing of statutory electronic certification and reporting procedures
4. Completion of administrative processes, creation of documents, evaluations and reports (SAP), maintenance of the intranet
5. Support of monthly reporting and monthly financial statements
6. Support of HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations
7. Support in recruiting
Your Qualifications
8. Successfully completed commercial training
9. Further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) desirable (completed degree in human resources is equivalent)
10. Several years of experience in human resources
11. Knowledge of payroll accounting and initial knowledge of wage tax and social security law
12. Good knowledge of labour and collective agreements (metal and electrical industry) desirable
13. Good knowledge of SAP desirable
14. Good written and spoken German
15. Confident use of MS Office applications
