Market Access and Pricing Manager (f/m/d)
You will be part of the Global Commercial team for Pricing, Tender and Market Access within STADA’s Specialty Care division. You will report to the head of global market access and pricing. The role is critical for our expanding Specialty business and you are expected to lead and provide guidance to colleagues across the organization on effective market access strategies for our established and growing biosimilar portfolio
What you can expect
* You lead global market access workstreams and pricing initiatives for STADA’s biosimilar portfolio
* You manage and maintain Global Tender and Pricing databases, including IRP assessments
* You review and optimize pricing requests in collaboration with affiliate commercial leads
* You develop tender bidding strategies and perform analogue analyses with country teams
* You monitor healthcare policies, legislation, and financing structures to anticipate market changes
* You run workshops, trainings, and presentations at both global and local levels
* You communicate the value proposition to support reimbursement submissions and negotiations
* You collaborate closely with country commercial and market access leads to adapt strategies to market dynamics and policy change
Whom we are looking for
* You hold a Master’s degree in medical, pharmaceutical, or health economics fields, ideally combined with business knowledge
* You have 1–3 years of experience in market access and pricing within the pharmaceutical industry
* You bring knowledge of biosimilars and healthcare reimbursement systems in European markets
* You demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to influence diverse stakeholders
* You ideally have a Health Economics background and exposure to Middle East/African markets
* You show effective leadership and collaboration skills across teams and functions
* You are able to both build strategies and ensure flawless execution within a global matrix
* You are fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus
