Your responsibilities
* Prepare, maintain, and follow up on board meeting minutes and corporate resolutions
* Support corporate legal processes, particularly capital measures and shareholder resolutions
* Organize and manage legal and company-related documents
* Conduct legal research on national and international regulatory topics
* Liaise with external law firms, regulatory authorities, and business partners
* Maintain internal databases and document management systems
* Provide general administrative and organizational support in Legal & Compliance
Your profile
* Initial experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial or corporate sector
* Foundational legal knowledge or education in a legal-related field (e.g. paralegal, legal assistant, business law, etc.)
* Precise and structured working style
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Proficient in MS Office and familiar with legal databases and tools
