The Arango AI Data Platform gives developers a single, integrated environment to build and scale AI-powered applications without the complexity of stitching together multiple databases and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accuracy and integrity of all personnel data by responsibly adding, editing, and updating records within our core HRIS/HR tools.
* Prepare, issue, and track all standard documentation, including employment agreements, official letters, and policy acknowledgments.
* Ensure adherence to specific legal requirements of each jurisdiction (country and state) by managing the initiation and tracking of HR compliance.
Profile:
* Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is required.
* A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an HR or recruiting administrative role is necessary.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is expected.
* Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms is highly desired.
