Purpose of the position:
This position will be part of the Group Total Rewards team and will be responsible to design, develop and implement global rewards programs, policies and processes in-line with the company objectives and business needs. As a CoE, this role will partner with Business Partners and other CoEs and act as an advisor and consultant on the delivery of Global Compensation & Benefits programs and policies
Key Responsibilities:
8. Drive the design and implementation of global rewards programs such as annual salary review and annual incentive programs and grading to help attract and retain top talent
9. Identify and drive standardization and process improvements including digitization of processes such as implementation of annual salary review process in SuccessFactors
10. Design global frameworks to drive compliance agenda in the area of compensation such as EU Pay Transparency
11. Collaborate with P&O Business partners to understand business needs and provide guidance around pay competitiveness, best practices and benchmarks
12. Contribute towards Building total rewards capability globally within P&O
Requirements:
13. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in Total Rewards preferably in a multi-country, international setup
14. Good understanding of global compensation and benefits best practices, principles and trends
15. Proficiency in/knowledge of compensation & benefits job evaluation methodology and surveys such as Mercer, WTW or Korn-Ferry frameworks
16. Advanced Excel skills
17. Ability to work in multi-country and cross-functional setup
18. Experience in Rewards consulting would be an advantage
19. Strong project management skills in a cross-functional project set up
20. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
21. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
