Your tasks
10. 1. Production & Quality Management (40%)
11. Operations & Documentation: Planning, monitoring and validation of production approaches in compliance with SHE and quality requirements; creation of HVACs, SOPs and hazard assessments.
12. Technical: Participation in the commissioning of new systems.
13. Technical deputization: Full representation of the group management/product manager in day-to-day business (e.g. deviation management, BRR, OOS, CAPAs, special releases in SAP/Diadoc).
14. 2. Development & Troubleshooting (40%)
15. New Product Introduction (NPI): Representing production in new product launches, process transfers and scale-ups.
16. Process optimization: Leading root cause analyses (troubleshooting) and conducting test series to increase process stability.
17. Quality & Change Control: Independent handling of changes, CAPAs and OOS cases as well as participation in validation documents (FMEAs, VMPs).
18. 3. Leadership & Coordination (20%)
19. Team & Organisation: Professional management, training and support of employees in the laboratory/operational environment; management of sub-projects.
20. Compliance & Standards: Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and internal requirements (quality, safety, costs, deadlines).
21. Innovation: Initiation of projects in the areas of digitalization and operational excellence (LEAN, CIP).
22. Flexibility: Participation in on-call duty and taking on special tasks.
Your profile
23. Education: Successfully completed studies in natural sciences or engineering (Diploma, Master's or Bachelor's degree).
24. Professional experience: Several years of relevant practical experience in production, development or quality management within a regulated environment.
25. Expertise: Comprehensive theoretical and practical expertise in the relevant scientific field.
26. Quality & Safety: Sound knowledge in the areas of quality management (QM) and occupational safety (SHE).
27. Leadership: Demonstrable competence in the professional guidance and supervision of team members.
28. IT affinity: Confident user of SAP and document management systems (e.g., Diadoc).
Nice to Have:
29. Doctorate (Ph.D.): Completed doctorate in a natural science or engineering discipline (may shorten the required professional experience accordingly).
30. Advanced specialist knowledge: In-depth expertise in the specific scientific sub-area of the position, exceeding the standard level.
